Maximilian Goetz
Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer max@roboticsforall.net Maximilian Goetz is a first year student at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. In April 2017, he founded Robotics for All when he was a high school freshman at Henry. M Gunn High School in Palo Alto, CA. While volunteering for Reading Partners at Mariano Castro Elementary, Maximilian realized the lack of after school enrichment programs at the school, particularly in the fields of STEM. From there, he built Robotics for All from ground up, teaching its first classes and eventually expanding it into a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. In addition to Robotics for All, Maximilian is a student advisor to Congresswoman Anna Eshoo, a lead legislative aide to Councilman Greg Tanaka, and an online English teacher to students in China. In the past, Maximilian has volunteered at the YMCA, Wizbots, and was a member of the Palo Alto Youth Council. Maximilian has served over 3,000 community service hours since his freshman year of high school, and is honored to be a two time President's Gold Community Service Award recipient. Garrett Tieng
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer garrett@roboticsforall.net Garrett Tieng, a first year engineering student at Case Western Reserve University, joined Robotics for All in November 2017 as teacher. Since volunteering for Robotics for All, Garrett was promoted to lead instructor before becoming vice president in June 2018. Garrett helped develop the Creative Automation Curriculum and the Experimental Building Curriculum. In the first quarter of 2020, Garrett also oversaw the development of the Early Lego Builders, Lego Robotics, and Arduino Explorers curricula. In the summer of 2020, Garrett oversaw the develop of Robotics for All's online curricula, including Fundamentals of Programming, Python, and Scratch. Outside of Robotics for All, Garrett was a co-captain of a Botball robotics team. He is also a member of Project QUERB, another education based non-profit seeking to democratize access to STEM education tools. Crystal Lee currently lives in the Bay Area and attends Lynbrook High School. She joined Robotics For all as an intern in 2020 and in November of 2020 she became the Director of Publicity. In her free time she enjoys playing volleyball, drinking tea and doing all sorts of art/design projects including fashion design, CAD design and digital art.

Kenneth Meng is a senior at Henry M. Gunn High School. He joined Robotics For All in January 2019 as a teacher, and became a board member in March 2020.

Ben Wyler
Director of Recruitment ben@roboticsforall.net Ben Wyler is a sophomore at The Overlake School, living in Bellevue, Washington. He joined Robotics For All in September of 2020 as a teacher's assistant and is currently the Director of Recruitment. In his free time, he enjoys programming, listening to podcasts, playing with his dog, and playing video games. |
William Xuan
Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer william@roboticsforall.net William Xuan is currently a senior at Henry M. Gunn High School in Palo Alto, CA. He started teaching at Robotics for All in late 2017. He was the former director of Silicon Valley operations, before becoming treasurer on July 1st, 2020. In his free time he likes to play guitar, listen to podcasts, and play Minecraft. |
Aarushi Khandelwal
President of Mentoring for All and Volunteer Coordinator aarushi@roboticsforall.net Aarushi Khandelwal is a sophomore at The University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business. She joined Robotics for All in Summer 2020 when Robotics for All went virtual. Now she serves as a Board Member and President of Mentoring for All. In her free time, Aarushi likes to work on calligraphy and go roller skating.

Victoria Tsai
Crafts for Charity Representative and Class Coordinator victoria@roboticsforall.net Victoria Tsai is a sophomore at Atholton High School in Clarksville, MD. She joined Robotics for All as a teacher in 2020. She is also the Founder and President of Crafts for Charity and serves as a CFC Representative. Victoria also serves on the publicity committee as Director of Graphic Design. She enjoys making arts and crafts, participating in Science Olympiad and engineering!

Amari Butler is currently a senior at Alta Loma High School in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. She joined Robotics for All as a curriculum developer in June 2020. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music and podcasts, reading, and playing games with family and friends.

Danielle Trinh is a sophomore at Granada Hills Charter High School in Los Angeles, California. She joined Robotics for All as a volunteer teacher in September 2020, but was soon involved in the business development internship and curriculum development. In her free time, Danielle enjoys ice skating, roller blading, drawing, watching YouTube or Twitch, and chatting or gaming with friends.

Dilan Desir is a sophomore at State College of Florida Collegiate School in Bradenton, Florida. He joined Robotics for All in Summer 2020 as a lead instructor, teaching python courses. Currently he leads 4 courses and works with curriculum and business development and is Vice President of tutoring services. In his free time, he likes to participate in HOSA competitions, go on runs, and get lost in a good book!

Emma is a sophomore studying Biochemistry at Bates College in Lewiston, Maine. She joined Mentoring for All in Summer 2020 as a curriculum developer, and became the VP of MFA in October 2020. Outside of MFA, Emma is on the debate team, and works as a Community Outreach Fellow at her college. In her free time, Emma enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, and cooking.

Vinicius Possobom
Director of Fundraising and Grants viniciusp@roboticsforall.net Vinicius Possobom is a senior at the International School of Curitiba in Curitiba, Brazil. He joined Robotics For All in the Fall of 2020. As of now, he is the Director of Fundraising/Grants, and is teaching a Scratch PBL course as the lead instructor. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, playing basketball, and playing the clarinet!

Director of Physical Curriculumtonghui@roboticsforall.net Tong Hui Goh was one of the main contributors to Robotics for All's Experimental Building Curriculum. He started teaching in August 2018 and has been Director of Curriculum since November 2018. A lead instructor, Tong Hui formerly led classes at Mariano Castro Elementary School. He is a freshman at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Isabella Valli-Doherty
Statistician isabellav@roboticsforall.net Isabella Valli-Doherty is a senior at Mesa High School in Arizona. She joined Robotics For All as a lead instructor in 2020. Outside of Robotics For All, she also volunteers at her local library and participates in Future Business Leaders of America, National Honor Society, and Speech & Debate. In her free time, she likes reading, listening to music, and watching Netflix.
Arvind Ganeshkumar
Director of Programming Curriculumarvindg@roboticsforall.net Arvind Ganeshkumar is a Junior at William Fremd High School with a passion for computer science and teaching. As the Director of Programming Curriculum at Robotics for All, he is responsible for all programming curriculum development. Arvind joined Robotics for All in the summer of 2020 as a Lead Instructor for Python. Over time, he became involved in curriculum development and was instrumental in
leading and driving the development of his own HTML/CSS course. He helped develop the curriculum for Java and Lego Explorers and make revisions to Python curriculum. He is also leading the development of a new RFA Website. Outside of RFA, Arvind is a member of Robotics Club, Coding Club and Environmental Club (Green Team), and Speech Team. He is the Treasurer of Tri-M Music Honor Society which aims to build a strong music community with all, and loves playing the Cello. In his spare time, Arvind loves programming, wood working, gaming, hanging out with his friends, and spending quality time with his family. |

Vivian Lei is a high school sophomore in New York City. She joined Robotics for All in September 2020 as a Business Intern. She became the Director of Digital Marketing in November 2020. She enjoys cooking, jogging, and playing video games in her free time.

Karen Zhu is a second-year student at Northeastern University majoring in Computer Science with a minor in interactive design and immersive media. Joining Robotics for All in 2020, she began working as a Business Development Intern and later became the Co-Director of Graphic Design. Outside of Robotics for All, she loves playing video games and creating monthly music playlists.

Kisha Patel is a sophomore at The Middlesex County Academy for Allied Health and Biomedical Sciences in New Jersey. She joined Robotics for All as a business development intern in 2021 and now serves on the publicity committee as Co-Director of Graphic Design. She enjoys dancing, design and writing in her free time!

Linna Zhu is a junior at Towson High School, near Baltimore, Maryland. She joined Robotics For All as a teacher assistant and business intern in September 2020. She became the Assistant Director of Recruitment in December 2020. In her free time, she enjoys drawing, painting, swimming, and watching movies.

Pravanvel is a high school sophomore from Edison, New Jersey. He joined Robotics for All as a teacher and a business development intern, and later became the Assistant Director of Class Logistics in November 2020.
